Welcome to Yoga With Sarah!

But who is Sarah? 

I have always enjoyed physical activity, especially dance and yoga. Both have been integral parts of my life, leading me to earn my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Yoga has woven its way in and out of my life over the decades, but after an accident in 2015 that left me with a brain injury, yoga became a necessity. When I was strong enough again it became a big part of my life and has never let up. Yoga played a huge part in my recovery, and I wouldn't be where I am without it.

I have seen yoga transform my life, as well as many other lives, and I want to be a part of that healing and growth in the lives of those around me.
